Items are checked before posted but if there is a fault with your item on arrival we will happily change it for you or replace if no longer available. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise this.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind. We do not exchange sale items.
If you have ordered the wrong size or wish to change for any other reason, we will exchange the item following these conditions:
The Item will need to be posted back to us at your expense.
Postage costs to send the item you are exchanging for will also be covered at your expense.
The product must be received in it’s original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached. Our team will inspect the return before we issue an exchange.
Exchanges must be applied for within 30 days from the delivery date of your package.
Kids Got Style Boutique reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions.
