Once your order has been dispatched, Kids Got Style Boutique accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) Kids Got Style Boutique is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. If this were to occur, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number. Australia Post or alternative courier (you will be informed of service used) for Australian customers & Your local postal service for International customers. Unfortunately we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.
All orders within Australia will be charged a flat rate of $10 for standard postage with tracking or $16 express post.
Free post is given to all orders over $150.
Either Australia Post or Sendle are used for orders posted within Australia.
International orders are posted by regular Air Mail. This option has no insurance and is NOT traceable, so if your parcel goes missing we are not liable for it. We encourage you to pay extra for tracking at checkout for all international orders.
Buyers will be responsible for any extra charges through customs that may occur as they are not within our control.
Australia Post is used for ALL international orders.
New Zealand- We charge a flat rate of $13 for standard postage, $21 with tracking or $30 for express post.
Free Post is given to all orders over $200.
Rest of the World- We charge a flat rate of $18 for standard post or $26 for tracking.
Free Post is given to all orders over $250.
Your items will be posted within 2-3 business days after your order has been placed and money cleared. Please allow 1-2 weeks delivery time depending where you live or longer for international orders. If you require an item urgently please select the express post option.
